At Tactical Brands Pty Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s) you ordered, you can return them to us within 30 days for account credit to use on future purchases.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• You must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Please note: all returns are at the cost of the customer. Once your return is received and approved, account credit will be applied — no refunds are provided.

Damages and Issues:

In the unlikely event that the product(s) you ordered arrive damaged or faulty, Tactical Brands will work with you to resolve the issue. As different manufacturers offer different warranty periods, our team will assist accordingly.
Please note that we cannot replace or issue credit for items that have been damaged due to incorrect use.
