90 Day Warranty

At HWI Gear, quality, performance, and reliability are at the core of everything we make. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products and warrant them against defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects only. It does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, improper care, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

To the extent permitted by law:

• This warranty supersedes all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• HWI Gear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products.

• The maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

Customers must provide valid proof of purchase dated within 90 days to make a warranty claim. All warranty claims must be submitted to and approved by HWI Gear Customer Service prior to returning any item. If, upon inspection, the product is found not to be defective under this warranty, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Products that have been altered, misused, neglected, or otherwise physically changed are not eligible for warranty replacement.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights that vary depending on your jurisdiction.
