Terms of Warranty
Apparel is covered under warranty for up to 90 days. Gear is covered under warranty for up to one year.
What isn't covered?
The following is not covered by Condor's warranty.
- Products purchased other than from Condor or from an authorized Condor dealer.
- Damage resulting from abuse or misuse.
- Damage resulting from extended wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from a customer modification.
- Damage resulting from tampering.
- Damage resulting from exposure to a caustic substance.
Products are eligible for replacement only in cases of manufacturer faults or defects.
